Hit The Road Not Working after Installing SP4

Does any one else have this problem we are using GW 5.5EP and ever since we installed SP4 we have not been able to do a Hit the Road. We have found the work around is to go in to the remote mailbox and then do a send and receive but it would be nice to have the Hit the Road function back again can anyone help us Please!
