Hit counter for Info reports usage

We need to be able to monitor hits to reports, or at least the folder they are in, on the Seagate Info Web Viewer. One or two hit counter type utilities have been tried (eg Webtrendslive) but to no avail, they only monitor page hits upto the viewer login screen. Does anyone know of a way of monitoring hits from within the web viewer??? we suspect many reports are no longer used, but we'd like a log of hits to back up our suspicions.
