What load will give me a history of how long the Option 11 has been up and if someone is disabling TNs.

ld 22 prt ahst will show you the last few 1000 lines of msgs but not the actual commands used.. ld 117 prt sel 500, goes back a little longer and will show the last ini, IF it has been since the last time stamp. my 117 is about 4+ days at the 500 level. you can increase that with a sel size command...

digital TN's will disable during midnights if setup too

digital phones disable during midnights if the set fails an idu.. that keeps the switch from doing ini's.. here's a command you can use that will catch major problems on the personal side.. no ld, at the command prompt..

John does this only work if you use multi user?

only works with multi, without multi you see the active term.. did use it as an instructor to watch students during labs..
