One of my favorite tools is DIS-VADSU;
That will show you all kinds of cool stuff, like how many digital sets you have and how many (if any) are in error, it will show quantities of trunks configured and if any are in error, shelves, if any cc restarts happened recently and other cool stuff. You can also see what the thresholds are before X number of errors causes a major or minor alarm in the system. This is different than licenses - you only see what is configured.
Another one is DIS-DIMSU;
Your license count is useful for what your maximum number of ports can be in the system and how many ports are in use now, but DIMSU shows you how the database table memory is allocated. For example, in the following table:
Code:
H500: AMO DIMSU STARTED

| TRK : 23 26 2400 | 2400 7920 |
| CRCP : 14 19 600 | 600 4000 |
You will see that for STATIONS (of all types) the current number in use is 1783, the maximum you have ever had is 1826, and the most the system will let you have in the current configuration (Actual Limit) is 6051. In the "Standard" configuration the Actual Limit is 12000 and the maximum in any one (4000 and shelves) system is 20000.
So say you want to add another PRI trunk. Right now there are 13, down from the max of 18, and this system can have no more than 40 (as configured). Now let's make believe that 40 is actually 13. Now you are in a situation where you have 13 PRI and the most you can have is 13 (as configured). In this case you want to add a PRI - you can buy the board and install it because you have the Comscendo licenses to do so, and when you go to build it in the system you will be told you can not add any more of them - so it is important to know this table is out there and what it contains in case you run into a problem like that someday. It IS possible to change the values in that table in small amounts if needed, so you could just go in there and bump up that maximum to maybe 15 so you have room to add your circuit. I recommend only adding what you need or a little more because those values affect the system memory utilization so you don't want to crank them up for no reason! Other limits you could conceivably bump into is ACD Agents, ACD groups, AC-Win consoles, remote AP shelves with APE processors, etc....
Anyway - hope you find it useful
