Hi Forum. I am in a project where I need to generate the above to audit a PBX. Could someone please advise how this is done in simple steps, so I can advise my client. Thank you.

What version and model? I think that is how my Hicom 150 used to roll back in my early days. You could save multiple copies of the config to multiple backup media, default the system and then reload it from a backup.
On the OS4K there are like 10+ different types of backups you can do for different reasons, all the way from cloning hard disks, to saving a whole system regen to a local PC or other location.
A lot of the answer depends on what system you have.
