HiPath 4k Commands - V11 R0.22.2

Hi Guys,

I am new here and I wanted to ask, does any of you have like a command sheet for ComWin?

I know how to operate within HP 4k Assistant, but ComWin, watching trunks and etc..., i wouldn't know at all.

My employer will not pay for our courses for training, so if you are able to help I will be grateful.

I usually deal with mobiles and SIM cards, but recently got into dealing with the HiPath 4k.

There are lots of manuals available for OS4k systems. One of them (its for V7 but V11 is not too different) is here for example.
Another one covers all AMO's - but be warned, there are hundreds of AMO's and even more parameters (>100.000 I guess).

I strongly recommend to start with a OS4k basic course. You don't have any clue how this powerful, market leading phone system is able to perform.
But you will definetly not have any sense of achievement by reading manuals only.

Believe me, I am working professionally since 30+ years with this specific systems (Hicom300/Hipath4000/OpenScape4000) and there is still a lot I don't know (anymore)

PS: These manuals are not free available, you have to have a service contract with unify/mitel. Only then you are allowed to download sw upgrades, manuals, etc.
