Does any one know the difference between the DIU2U-M and DIU2-B cards?

Also, would a DIU2-B support 2 PRI interfaces?

I have this card:

Q2226-X200 DIUT2-T1

And that supports 2 PRI interfaces, or 1 PRI and 1 CorNet as I have it configured, or 2 CorNet....

Sorry I don't know the other board :o)

The other board I believe is a 32 channel card which will not work with US PRI circuits
