hipath 3800 gives busy tone on trunk and cant transfer trunk calls. please what do i do....any idea?

yes the trunks are working... in fact i can dial from the trunk but once i connect it to the hi-path 3800 it gives busy tone and once there is an incoming calls it cant transfer the calls.

thanks for your response. we have two trunks before now and three new ones but non of them is working now. it rings when you dial in but you cant transfer the call and you cant call out. cheers
