Highlighting Box

I have a client who is complaining about the highlighting box that appears when clicking on an image link. I think it is an accessibility feature in IE as I do not see it in Netscape. I am doing the site in Dreamweaver and have looked for ways to turn the feature off both in Dreamweaver and/or IE. Has anyone encountered such an issue?

i dont think there is a workaround for that ie shows alls its links like that
and even in maps
