high school cisco class needs vlan help

hi, i am in a cisco networking class at my high school, we are interested in setting up a vlan, we are using cisco 2600 routers and cisco 2950 switches, we are not sure what we need to configure on either one. if you could help us out, we would really appreciate it. thanks a lot.

What are the requiremets for the VLAN? How many people will be on it? does it need to span multiple switches (using VTP)? Let us know.

I suggest you search Cisco site and get a cisco switch book that will help you learn more.
