High call rate

Hi All,
I have a solidus ecare4.1SP2 connected to MD110 BC12sp7, where i have two digital dialoic boards at the solidus side (60)channels connected by ISDN Q-sig to the MD110 for one of the of the GSM operators. I have the ALARM HIGH CALL RATE (CLASS1)? did any one face this before and how to be solved.

How could I increars the number of calls /second in order to overcome this problem.

THE SYSTEM IS ONE LIM SYSTEM,,,TWO MAG. (2 TMU,2NIU).

MD110 is connected to the GSM switch by 2E1-PRI(60 channels)

I resrted this program unit (RMP) but he same.

Is there any advice
 
Hi,
as it seems to me, the problem was discussed earlier (patch and so on), use Search function.
 
THANKS, I know that this alarm is generated when The average call rate has exceeded the threshold of 12 new calls every 10 seconds. Normal call rate is less than 9 calls per 10 seconds. but is there anyway to increase that threshold., in order to override this alarm.
 
For example:


Golden words :) :
"You have to much traffic the limit in BC9
(if I remember) is 0.9 calls per second.
According to your alarm its over 2 calls
per second. Try figure out "who" is making
all calls. If it's normal you have to add
more lims and spreed the trunks and extension
between them."
 
Or an Upgrade, to BC12, would give you up to 2 calls/second (per LIM).
