We are looking to do high availbility for our HP9000 running 10.20. I know about MC ServiceGuard. Are there any other products for this?

I believe there is a product from Veritas that can help. I've just started researching for the same topic, and the name came up. Sorrry I cannot help further.

The Veritas product is called "First Watch".
It would be difficult to recommend a product without knowing what your expectations are.
I would look seriously at the HP product first, due to the simple issue of multiple vendor support for what is, always, a complex setup (high availability).

When you say "High Availability" in what manner do you mean? Server Availability or Data Availability. I have seen both MC Service Guard and First Watch in Action, for Server HA I prefer MC Service Guard but for Data (disk/filesystem) fail-over type HA First Watch is pretty smart and handy. Support across the products very much depends on your level purchased but I have generally found that Veritas is pretty responsive and quite on the ball when it comes to some hairy "in the dark" problems although the everyday run of the mill question time type issues can wait a long time in the queue.

I run an MC Service Guard Cluster and have experience no problems with it. We have had several occasion when we have lost a system.
