We are using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. We have a bunch of customer support people who get emails in public folders and than respond to them. They have been using their corporate email account to reply. However, they are concerned with privacy and don't want the end people to see thier real name. So what are my options to hide this information or make an account everyone can use? I tried using firstname@domain.com but exchange will show the display name when they reply and shows up in the history of the email. Anyone have any info on how you do this at your company? Thanks!
