I have a certain form that most of my employees need to have access to, however i do not want them being able to close or edit the form using the 'Menu bar' or the 'Form bar', is there any way of being able to permently hide these toolbars on this specific form??

thanks

Paul

Paul,
Had the same problem. This is what I did. I created a Macro that under the "On Open" event that simply set the "ShowToolbar" property to "No" and on the "On Close" set the property to "Yes". This way everytime they open the specified form the tool bar disappears and it re-appears when they close the form.

Hi Paul,

The above is a good solution but I assume that your users will need to use certain commands still? If so create a shortcut menu with the commands needed and set it as the form's default shortcut menu from the property sheet.
