We have several student computers and the didrector wants to hide all but the student account from the main login screen.
I did this using
net user myname /active:no
on my account but then I can't admininister the computer. Or can I? how?

Any suggestions how to hide all but student login but still allow me aceess without having to turn it back on/off each time.

TIA

cdogg your solution is not for Windows 7, double ctrl-alt-del don't work on it.

I admit I haven't tried the solution, but the article says it works in Windows 7. Can you elaborate further on what doesn't work? Remember, certain group policies and whether or not the PC is joined to the domain can have an impact.

Article is wrong, read comments. Try to press ctrl+alt+del twice on Windows 7. Unlike on Windows XP, nothing happens.
On Windows 7 you can hide last logged in user, as described in TechNet article, the only problem in this case, you should remember each user's name, because they are not shown on welcome screen.
