Does anyone know of a way to hide a mailbox from the global address book?

Any info would be great. Thanks

Darren

From the Exchange Manager, Find the user you wish to hide in the Recipients list, and double click. On the Advanced Tab is the option to "Hide from Address Book."

The down side of this is that it truely hides it well. If you are setting up a new profile on a PC, you cannot open that user's mailbox. They need to be preconfigured and have connected once to the mail box already.

Thanks, just what I needed.

Bit naff that you then have to view it by selecting hidden mailboxes from the view menu. Nevermind.
