Does anyone know how to hide folders that are within the Public Folder? I know where the setting is to hide them but it does not hide the folder and when I go back to check the setting it appears as if I never unchecked it. Any thoughts? Thanks!
From exchange admin click on the Public folder you need to hide then click the client permissions button. From here you can set folder visibility. You can also acheive the same from an Outlook client. You need to be logged on as an Exchange Admin then RC the folder and select Properties\Permissions
