Hiding email address list

Do you know how to do massive emails without
everyones address showing up? I've been using excel to store the membership information, so all I have to do is click on their email address and it takes me to Outlook 2002, but I want to be able to do the
whole membership at once. This is not spam!

Put the list under BCC: instead of To:

Do I create a group folder in outlook?
What is the best way to import all these address to this group folder.
