I have based a report on a query of which I would like to hide duplicates of a same number. I have an enquiry number field which is just a basic number field and also a revision field. I would like the query to be able to hide the duplicates of that enquiry, but the one record that it does show is the latest revision. Any help would be grateful.

There is a keyword in SQL called DISTINCT which may be of help to you.

Thanks for replying but I have already tried this and it doesn't seem to be working. Any other ideas would be grateful.

can you post some more information on the query and the table structure then perhaps we may be able to help further.
