hiding audio control box

How do I get the control box for an audio clip to not show up on my home page? It's set to play automatically. The box doesn't appear when I preview the site locally, but it shows up on the remote server.

Don't know how much help I can be (using GoLive 6.0 and being a novice), but in Layout view, I would highlight the audio box, go to the Inspector>>More and put a check in the "Is Hidden" box. See if that does what you want.
