Hiding A Server In Network Neighborhood 1

I have done this on a 2000 Server (granted not all options were present), and didn't have any ill effects.....

Removed them all except the ones MS stated, bad news, could not start the service. Then added the path to the ServiceDll again...and all was well, as it dynamically created the Guid. Therefore do not remove the "ServiceDll" key.

Thanks!!!

Good recovery! You should do a FAQ on the steps. I think it may be well received!
