We want to do some silent monitoring of the agents and I'm able to do this with problems. My problem is since the agent has call status open they can see that they are being monitor. Is there a way to hide a call from call status?
As Sabre says call status is a monitoring tool, of course you can run reports on who evers doing what depending on what software you are running but call status is the only way to see real time events, although delta server is showing more and more with each release
