Hide the main dialog screen and maximise the startup form 1

Please assist with the following either using VBA or other/
I need to have my application appear as that without the access banding around the forms, i can remove unwanted menus etc but am still left with the outer application band and am sure that it can be minimised to make the db appear as its own program
