Hide start menu options 1

I have a single Win2K machine that is not on a network, but I have multiple users logging onto it. How do I hide the start menu options such as "run" and "search" in win2K? I know in previous versions of windows, I could use Tweak UI. Can anyone help me with this?

Go to start run type in mmc. add snap in pick group policy go to user config software settings disable the ones you dont want on the desktop.
