Hide on Load

I've got items in my menu that I want hidden until a mouse rolls over them, I've got them set to hide on load, but they are visiable until they finish loading then they hide. Has anyone got any ideas how I can fix this.

In the code, remove the onLoad event and function, leave the rest. It should work.
