Hide Mouse Pointer in PowerPoint

Doug,
Generally powerpoint will only display the pointer if one of these conditions are met...
1) The presentation is set to "kiosk" mode (set 'set up slideshow).
2) You wiggle the mouse about to make the pointer appear.
