HIde fax console so that users cant see incoming faxes

Hi all

I am looking for a way to set up the faxing services so that all my users cannot see any incoming or any other fax for that matter. One user is designated to handle all fax communication. Is it possible to hide the fax console to all users?

If so is it a GPO or a confirguration in the faxing on the server.
