customer ask the telco to hide the calling and called PRI numbers on incoming and out going ( no CNI) . the question is why the incoming dialed numbers are appear on CDR but on attendant console just the trunk ACOD and the member are appear ?? is there somthing to do on our CS100E rls 5.5 or it is a telco issue ? and if it is a telco why all incming dialed number are shown in CDR ? ??

To turn off Calling Number info in CDR, enter CLID=NO in the LD17 PARM.

To print it, do this:

LD 22
REQ PRT
TYPE PARM

Look for the CLID prompt - if it says YES, then CLID appears on CDR. So, change it to NO and it will not appear on CDR any more.

Thanks GHTROUT ,dose the CS1000E able to clatify or show these hidden digits when the caller ( to 2250 operator console ) has this feature from GSM operator ???

the CLID IS yes , and as I Said befor the CDR capture these digits , but on the console or phone sets just the ACOD and the root member is show ???

OPT is IDP, the problem is not related to ATT.
the question is when somebody ask the telko to hide his number from showing to the others when he call them , so if he call the cs1000e , does the pabx able to show this called no ?????

is this just for our CS100E or in general for all PABX`s types. cause this custumer toled me that they have PABX type ... witch it can unhide the caller digits ??

There is not a way for the Nortel PBX to unhide Caller ID that is blocked.

However, the Caller ID does still exist in the data stream sent to the PBX. The PBX is told to hide it, and I know of no way to get around that. That is my understanding.
