Is there a way that I can hide MSAccess messages that can't append all records, etc.
i just want to hide messages and run the append query, so it can delete duplicate records and get the correct unique records. any idea
thanks in advance

Take a look at the DoCmd.SetWarnings method if the query is launched by code, otherwise take a look at the Edit/Replace tab of the Options form.

Hope This Helps, PH.

Or you can run the query with a macro and use the SetWarnings action to disable the warning messages first, then run the query and turn the warning messages back on if you wish
