Is it possible that you can hide accounts from the Active Directory Users and Computers lists?
I had an Remote Access into my server with the name User Name for the username.

But it's not in my list. Ideas?

Thanks to all for insight

Can user name log on locally?
If when you created the user you put him in an OU and removed all other users, the OU will be hidden from view.

no, I've never created a username called User Name.

Only evidence on entry is Remote Access through device
IRDA8-1 and IRDA8-0 on seperate occasions since I've been on here, it seems they've accessed it again.

Is the guest account enabled? If so disable it.
Look in groups and OU's for that user and disable the account.

the only guest accounts I have are IUSR_ and IWAM_

I need those for IIS though. I don't mean to sound like an idiot, but (what's an OU) probably a dumb question...
