There is one SLT on the system which cannot dial out - all calls go to "number not recognised" message. This seems to be caused by the MF digits being output to line at a slow rate (4900 ms between digits), causing some sort of timeout at MCI (o/g calls routed to MCI via CPS). BT seem to be more tolerant of the interdigit time as calls route correctly if prefixed 1280 to override CPS.
I was advised to check the interdigit timing using S1*63 but this code seems to access the abb. dial locations. Max interdigit time according to my info is 500ms (not 5000!)
System has three analog lines. Keyphones all dial out OK.
Ideas??
