HI, We send out a broadcast to people occasionally. I know that I can change the 'reply-to' address through outlook, but is there a way that I can mask or hide the senders email ? so that way the sender will not get any replies to the broadcast.
Thanks in advance.

If this is an Exchange environment and receipients are also using Outlook then you can customize the form by disabling the Reply and Reply to All functions in the mail message.

I can provide more details if this is the type of environment you are in. joegz

Thanks joegz, didnt know exchnage had that feature. Although, some are on my exchange network but the others are not. They are outside recepients. Any suggestions?
Thanks

This will work with your internal users but I really don't know if it will work with exteranl users.

Open a new message. Click on TOOLS - FORMS - DESIGN THIS FORM.

Click on the ACTIONS tab. Double click on REPY and tne uncheck the ENABLE check box. Do the same for REPLY TO ALL.

(Here is where I don't know where if this will work for external users as you would not need this step for internal users.). Click on the PROPERTIES tab and check "Send form definitions with item"

Save the form and then enter your message and send it.

Cheers
