hi there.. i have a problem with a pivot table in access report..

i want to put a pivot table query in a report... but the pivot has about 60 columns so it wont fit in the detail section of the report.. :(

is it possible to maybe set a maximum of columns per page on the report or in the query/sql statement??

please help me! im getting desperate ;)

Hi,
Are you aware that you can create a report that has multiple lines? For instance, your report might look like this:
Sales Report for 01/2000 through 12/2002

Salesperson 01/2000 02/2000 03/2000 etc.
----------- ------- ------- -------
John Doe $10,000 $20,000
06/2000: $30,000 07/2000: $32,000 08/2000: $15,000
09/2000: $22,000 etc.

To do this, simply increase the size of your detail area on the report, then drag and drop the columns into the detail section. HTH,
