Hi

We have a spare 3350 CCU and wondered what the software level of the system is? Without any laptop or logging in facility is there a way of knowing what its running? Is there a sticker situated somewhere on the CCU or a code to dial on the phone when booted up?

-go to 29-1-2 and there you can see the SW version

Thank you. Its asking for user first then password. tried 31994 in both and asks me to replace handset. Any thoughts?
