The Cisco is defaulting to 1500 on the MTU size. The story is that Cisco doesn't count the header on the frames and Bay does. Bay normally defaults to 1600, but since it is trying to talk to a Cisco, you have to set the MTU to 1518, for a config that is mostly default. According to Nortel, I have everything correct. But, I still think it has something to do with the Bay config.

I put a Cisco in the location Taht i rtried to put the Bay and it came right up, so it isn't the line.
