Hi,

I've got a jpg image of 333x500 pixels.
I convert it directly to PS

My goal : I want to print this image specifying final dimensions when printing. For example, I want the image to be printed exactly 100 millimeters x 100 millimeters on the page.

I use ghostscript to convert the PS file to Laserjet PCL.

How can I specify these dimensions ? In the postscript file ? During the conversion ?

Thanks for your help !

How are you converting the JPEG to PostScript? It's possible to directly consume a JPEG file with a PostScript program, but it requires knowledge of the JPEG specfication.

In fact, your Ghostscript distribution should come with a a viewjpeg.ps file. It shows how to retrieve the width and height markers out of the file and use them to size/scale the image.
