hi

i tried to change the wallpaper with the call

SystemParametersInfo(SPI_SETDESKWALLPAPER, 0, windir_name, SPIF_UPDATEINIFILE);

it works but the change is seen oonly when the screen is refreshed. how do i refresh the screen with program?
