Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 Laptop that is running Office 2000 Professional Edition. I am getting an intermitted error on this Laptop when trying to open an email, open an attachment, or compose an email. The error is:

Microsoft Outlook
Cannot open this item. The test formatting command is not available. It may not be installed correctly. Please install Outlook again. Out of System Resources or Memory. Close some programs and try again.

I have already done the following:
1. Ran a Repair on Office.
2. Uninstalled and Re-installed
3. Switched out the memory.
4. Cleaned up the users inbox and deleted items.
5. Switched the Message Format in the International Option from Western European (ISO) to Western European (Windows)

Has anyone had this error or has a fix?

Thanks
