Hi,
I have a question about a summary on a field in a group. I think it isnt clear to you, so I'll explain. I am creating a report. That report has got 4 groups. In the 1th 3th and 4th group I need an amount.
1th gr (type)>(totadress) <-- 4* sum of all group2 in group1
2th gr (....)> ... ... ...
3th gr (date)>(totadress) <-- 3* sum of all group4 in group3
4th gr (sort)>(totadress) <-- 2* sum of all details in group4
details (totadress) <-- 1*
4th gr
..
..
1* details > The amount of totadres in details is in every record the same, when you check it in a group. So the records in group4 (sort)="dr2" always has got 123000 as amount and all the records in group4 (sort)="dr3" always has got 134000 as amount.
2* Group4 > I want to show 123000 when the (sort)="dr2" and 134000 when the (sort)="dr3"
I can do that when I put the database field in Group4.
3* "dr2" and "dr3" has got the same date. I want a summary of those 2. (in real there are much more). When I create a summary at that field (totadress) I will get a huge amount, because the summary gives the total of all the details. And there are about 60 records in the details.
4* The same as in 3*.
I hope it is clear to you. I use Crystal Reports 8.0 and the database is an Access mdb file. I use ODBC.
Thank you for reading,
Henky
