Hi guys,
I have a Compaq 1200 (733mhz celeron, 192MB, Linksys 10/100 PCMCIA)laptop that I upgraded from WinME to Win 2k Pro (I kept the FAT 32). I have loaded all of the device drivers etc. and everything works great with the exception of the Lucent Win LT modem. I thought I downloaded the right driver prior to installation but the device will not install. Has Compaq made the Bios proprietary with no upgrade available or does anyone know of a driver that will work? IRQ looks good with no conflicts.

Any help would greatly appreciated. Thanks...
