Hi all, I get this error message

Hi all,

I get this error message when I force the replication between my DC's in AD sites & services:

the following error occurred during the attempt to contact the domain controllers: the RPC server is unavailable

so if I restart the dns client service (dnscache) I resolve the problem but about after one hour I get it again.

Does anyone can suggest me something?
