HFAns only auto answers internal calls - does anyone know a way for 5410s to pickup on external calls? Got a new call centre and they want the calls to pick up in the agent's headset automatically - a simple feature the client thinks.......!

Anyone know a way?

only way is make a user and forward it to the group
then the call is internal

Probably wouldn't be good for my CCC stats!

Client will have to do with pressing a button ;)
