HFANS enabled but...

Is there a way to stop set from answering on internal calls calling a ring all group? ie call comes in to a user, wants to transfer to a group, member of group has HFANS on, call is answered by that set.

All bad.

Any way to turn it off?

Want user to have HFANS on but not answer the group calls.

Did you try to set the action date to FF?
So the it will only work on the headset if i'm correct.
Switch to handset and you ok then?!
