I'm printing reports that look just fine on screen and there's no problem with extending too far towards/past the right margin. Some of the data appears, just as in preview, and the rest doesn't print, although the underlining is there. What gives--it don't make no sense to me? Thanks if you can enlighten me!

Well it appears that your Printers Margin are wide.
Are you using an Injet Printer?
You need to specify the printer in the report and save it.
See my FAQ:

How do I make a report Print to the same Printer everytime regardless?
DougP
dposton@universal1.com

Ask me how Bar-codes can help you be more productive.

Hiya Quehay,

Do the reports print the same regardless of the printer you send them to? I'd rule out the possibility of the problem being related to the printer or how the memory is being handled.

.02,
Drew

Thanks guys--let me try tweaking a bit more and see if I can isolate the problem; we have printers that see heavy use. Margins are typically at 6.5 for portrait layout.
