Heroix Monitoring for Exchange

Hello,

Is anyone out there using Heroix to monitor Exchange Servers? I am looking for documentation regarding what rights are needed to assign the Heroix Service Account on Exchange Servers. We are running into some issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
