Hercules, Turtle Beach, or Phillips?

Anyone got any opinions on what's the prefered sound card? I've already ruled out the sound blaster live, and it's tough finding a good comparison between the others.

I'm actually leaning towards the Hercules' Game Theather XP for its external box, but I'm not quite sure about the extra money.

Why not the sound blaster Live? I've read lots of good reviews on the Hercules and it sounds pretty cool. I myself use a soundblaster and am very happy.
