I dont know if this has been put here before, but it cant do any harm to put it up again. Its a list of errors and solutions for everything Brightstor, I've used Brightstor for years but never saw this and just stumbled across it.

Actually all the errors are in the help file.

Also keep in mind that SupportConnect.CA.Com has been replaced by Support.CA.Com. Not sure how long the old SupportConnect site will still be there.

For the tech doc listing on the new site follow these instructions.

You have to login at the new support site,

http://support.ca.com/

(the old support connect user accounts have all been transferred over).

Now right about in the middle of the page is Select a Product or Solution page: from the drop down list select “CA ARCserve Backup for Windows” (the BrightStor name is gone).

For the tech docs go down to “Recommended Reading” and pick “Technical Document Indexes”.
