Is it possible to load COM+ in NT 4.0 ?

Nope COM+ is Win2000, you can deploy a component DLL into NT4.0 from Win2000 but I wouldnt advise it.

No, it's not. COM+ only running on win2000. You can use MTS to registered a component (ActiveX DLL) into WIN NT 4.
