I have goldmine version 6.0 installed in my company from a mapped Drive.

We have an avaya phone system with Phone Manager Pro which will allow contacts in goldmine to POPUP when a client rings.

During testing yesterday i have found that goldmine needs to be installed on the local machine for this to work this is my problem.

Now we have 10 users licenses for the company can they be used on each machine on the network also how can i share the current database we have if i install locally.

Also what happens to the users and information already in use and logons.

Hi,

From the GoldMine view point all you need to do is put the GoldMine shortcut icon on the desktop and run it. Obviously you will need a mapped drive that's the same letter for everyone.

Regards,

Richard.
