CS1000E 7.5 with SIP to Carrier: I just learn that an internal caller can conference in two external parties and then drop off the phone and leave the two external caller up in a conference call. How can I fix this so the call does not stay up?

The change affect transfer between my site via my sip truncks. Is there a way to only affect the SIP trunks to the carrier?
